Abstract Submissions Are Now Open
Well, you know the drill. It gives us immense pleasure to announce that abstract submissions for the final BILT event in 2017, BILT Europe is now open. BILT Europe 2017 will be hosted in the picturesque Aarhus, Denmark. For those of you who are unfamiliar with Aarhus, it is also renowned for its architecture, both medieval and modern. Aarhus has also been declared as the European Capital of Culture in 2017. Historically, RTC has always drawn a large crowd from the Scandinavian region and are very much looking forward to running the event in Denmark.
Do you have a topic or topics of interest that you think would be valuable to present at the conference? Put an abstract together and submit it here. If you’re unsure, you can have a look at the topics we are interested in, here. These topics are a guide as to what topics we would like addressed in the program, but that in no way is set in stone. There might be a new tool that you’ve implemented that would be useful to share with others. It is highly encouraged to submit such topics and continue sharing the knowledge.
As we always say, if you’ve never spoken at our conference before, step out of your comfort zone and take up the challenge, submit an abstract today! We understand that it’s a busy time of the year and it can be hard to find enough time to go through the entire process. In such cases, it’s good to start the process so that our system has created your account and we have information that you’re going to submit an abstract and we will send you periodic reminders to complete your submission(s).
The deadline to get all your submissions in is Friday 27 January 2017 (11:59pm GMT). We are currently also calling for abstracts for our BILT North America 2017 event, taking place August 3 – 5 in Toronto , in addition to BILT Europe. You’re welcome to submit the same abstract for both events. If you do plan on submitting for BILT NA please note the deadline is January 4, 2017 (11:59pm EST).
We look forward to your abstract submissions.
