RTCAUS 2016 – How are You Getting There?

Whilst all the fashionable people always arrive by launch (Dahhhhhhlink!), we’ve no river or ocean to speak of!  However you can still arrive in numerous way at this year’s RTC Australasia 2016 event in the beautiful Hunter Valley, NSW to suit any need, style or budget (or ego!)

Flying

There are numerous options of daily flights arriving at Sydney and Newcastle (domestic & International) airports.

Driving

Want to explore the beautiful locale, want to arrive like a local or maybe you are a local, driving could be your best option.  Hire cars options are available at either airport. The venue is 50 minutes from Newcastle and just over 2 hours drive from Sydney.  Directions from either can be found here.

Shuttle Transfers

RTC have a number of transfers on offer for delegates to get to and from the conference. Transfers can be booked during the registration process and are $25pp each way.  More details here.

Train

To travel by train, the most convenient stations are at Maitland, Broadmeadow or Morisset. There are connecting buses from each of these stations to the Hunter Valley.

Charter Flights

Blue Sky Airways offers charter services for groups of up to nine people from Sydney through to the Crowne Plaza hotel Hunter Valley via its twin-engine Piper Chieftain, with a SeaFury seaplane and Beaver seaplane to join the fleet in 2016. Services are frequent from Friday to Monday, unless there is additional demand.
