The Top 10 Speakers at the Hunter Valley
This week we would like to honour those speakers who were voted as our Top 10 for RTC Australasia 2016. We received great feedback for all our speakers and there are a number of speakers who narrowly missed the top 10.
We’ll do a countdown of the top 10 speakers from 10 to 1!
10 | Pablo Aguilar, Rizoma A founding partner and head of operations at Rizoma, a collective of professionals connecting the different stakeholders in the AEC industry, through a combination of knowledge, expertise, technology and human factor. Pablo has lectured at a number of international forums, such as: Autodesk University, Autodesk Extensions, International BIM summit at Peru & Chile, and RTC Europe. 9 | Quinton Cooper, Stylemaster Homes
Quinton is currently the dedicated ARCHICAD Manager for Stylemaster Homes in QLD; he has also been responsible for introducing ARCHICAD and BIM to many design firms and has provided ARCHICAD training to 100s of users across Australia. Presented: 101 Master Templates |
8 | Joe Banks, BVN
A regular speaker at RTC Joe has worked on Revit projects from $50k-$900Million and has been responsible high quality BIM deliverables as well as multiple Revit implementations and the training of over 100 users, with a broad range of experience on different types of projects Joe has pushed Revit to its limits and is always striving to be on the bleeding edge of new technology. 7 | Matt Hemming, Mitchell Brandtman 5D Quantity Surveyors
With over 15 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor, Matt has been one of the principal drivers of the organisation’s 5D; 4D & BIM teams and manages the national 5D Cost Planning team. Matt has extensive experience in CostX and Revit/CAD applications among many others platforms. He’s currently gearing and packing to make his way to Scottsdale, Arizona as he’s presenting his top rated class at RTC NA. 6 | Aaron Maller, Parallax Team

5 | Jeremy Harkins, ineni Realtime
Director and Co-Founder of ineni Realtime. Jeremy is at the leading edge of real-time virtual technologies and has spoken internationally about 3D immersive environments, Virtual Reality and Augmented Reality for architecture, mining and smart cities. Presented: A Realtime Experience – Virtual Barangaroo and the OBSI, which also made its way to the top 10 sessions (number 7). |
4 | David Foley, AECOM
David has given presentations on BIM and collaboration at several industry functions, and many other organisations within the industry. He is a committee member of the Revit User Group in Sydney, and a member of several other user groups aimed at improving the way we collaborate. Presented: Got a Problem? Who you Gonna Call? BIM Busters. This class made it to number 5 on the top 10 sessions list. |
3 | Andrew Duncan, Arup
Andrew is one of two BIM Development Managers servicing Building Engineering London (BEL), a group of approximately 750 engineers, consultants and designers. The responsibilities attributed to this role include creating training programmes, providing strategic advice on projects, identifying opportunities for process improvement and developing group BIM standards. 2 | Rob Jackson, Bond Bryan Digital
Rob is a qualified Architect and has delivered projects in the Education and Advanced Manufacturing sectors. His significant project experience and passion for technology resulted in his selection for a number of special projects for Bond Bryan including the development of the quality systems and office intranet facility. This work then led to him helping to establish Bond Bryan’s Digital brand. Presented: IFC Live! |
