The Year Past and Ahead

It’s getting to that time of year again when our thoughts, certainly in the southern hemisphere are turning towards finishing up the year, holidays and Christmas. It’s also the time of year when those of us involved at, or attendees of,  RTC in one way or another can look back at 2015 and be proud of our contribution.  This is not only to specific events but also to the ongoing information revolution/disruption we all are contributing to in the AEC professions.

Of particular note this year was the first of many RTCAsia events to come which took place in Singapore. For those who attended, it was indeed a special event for developing markets in South East Asia and beyond. Also for those who attended I can confirm Singapore is still shrouded in smoke from nearby bushfires (I’m posting from Harry’s Bar in Changi Airport).

All of us who wrangle with BIM in our varied positions of influence have much to be proud of in this last year but much to look forward to in the new year. Now’s the time to start thinking about which events you might be attending or sending staff to and setting your strategy for the year to come. Whatever it is, RTC events provide the premier BIM knowldege and networking opportunities that involve the whole of industry in their various locations.

First cab off the rank, RTC Australasia 2016 in the Hunter Valley in May has some some exciting announcements to make in the very near future.

RTC NA 2016 have opened for abstract submissions for the Scottsdale, Arizona event.  Click Here.
